The Coaching Process

BeaPol Performance is not a commercial gym. We aim to set achievable goals to increase your efficiency in the sport you play. We do a thorough analysis of each athlete who walks in the door. Below is our process to ensure we provide a safe training environment that optimizes your ability to perform at your best. Our approach is backed by thorough research in the strength and conditioning realm, and we aim to educate our clients on why we conduct the exercises/programs we do:

Phase One: Assessment

Coach Pol takes you through a three-session assessment to identify the following:

  • Muscle imbalances

  • Current strength and conditioning levels

  • RPE Levels

  •  Stability and mobility limitations
