Assessment and Program Development - $199
This is a three-session, one-on-one training required before we can coach you. Safety is of the utmost importance to us, and the more we know about you and your ability, the lower the chance of injury.

One-On-One Coaching - $109 per session
Great for those athletes who want a tailored and specific training approach. Our sessions are an hour long, and this service provides text/call communications weekly to keep you on track with your performance. You can also receive a discount of 15% if you buy four or more sessions at one time.

Semi-Private Coaching (2-4 people) - $49 per session
Semi-private coaching is great for you and your teammates. You will still need to conduct the assessment, but this option features a group-based performance session aligned with the overarching goals identified by your coach. You can also receive a 15% discount if you buy four or more sessions at one time.

Group Speed and Agility Coaching (5 or more) - $30 per person
This option is great for large groups of athletes who want to participate in a weekly speed and agility program customized to their sport. It requires groups of five or more.
