Jason Polakowski, or Coach Pol, has worked with many different types of athletes. He started his career as an Associate Head Strength Coach at Bryant University, working with various sports disciplines in the weight room. He then shifted to work with the Philadephia Phillies organization, supporting the strength program in Florida. Let's not forget his involvement with programming for well-known professional baseball players you see on TV today!

He also received contracts to work with the United States Marines boxing program and Army Battalions in North Carolina, totaling over 15 years of strength and conditioning experience. Coach Pol holds an undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Southern Connecticut University and the following certifications:

  • Certified Athletic Trainer

  • Functional Movement Systems - Level One

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) - NCSA

  • Certified Advanced Sports Performance Coach - USA Weightlifting


Coach B

Shane is the owner and part-time coach at BeaPol Performance. Although his professional experience isn't as fruitful as Coach Jay, Shane has worked in military, rehabilitative, and sports performance since 2014. While in the military, Shane led group fitness programs for his 200+ member squadron and eventually coached troops for the duration of his military career. From there, he left the Air Force and became a Senior Performance Coach at the University of Colorado, where he worked for three years.

Shane left his role as a Coach to become competitive in Crossfit, where he has competed in Europe, and hopes to punch his ticket to the Crossfit Semifinals this year. Performance is in his blood, and regardless of age, he will continue to compete until he can't anymore. Shane holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from American University, an MBA from Regis University, and a professional degree in Organizational Change from Baylor University. His certifications include:

  • Certified Personal Trainer - NSCA

  • Certified Tactical Training Professional - EXOS

  • Crossfit Level 1
